The Switch and Win Competition 2025 offers 40 prizes of a $25,000 Visa cash card. Two winners will be chosen from each of the 10 divisions in Townsville in each of the two rounds. Each round ends at 11:59 PM AEST on September 14, 2025, and November 23, 2025, respectively. Eligible entrants can participate by receiving an invitation to complete the Entry Form after signing up for ENotices before the competition period or by signing up for ENotices during the competition period. Eligible participants must own property within the Townsville Local Government Area, be over 18 years old, have consent from the registered property owner to manage the Rates Notice, and be signed up for ENotices. Employees of Townsville City Council, their immediate family members, and individuals connected to the competition's setup cannot enter. Winners will be selected by a nominated employee of the Promoter and notified via telephone or email on the same day the winners are chosen. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 10 business days. Prizes are limited to one per property, and the Visa cash cards are nontransferable and not redeemable for cash.
