This promotion is open to Australian residents, excluding employees of the Promoter. Entry opens on 20 February 2025 and closes on 16 May 2025. Only one entry per person per day is allowed. The prize pool, valued at up to AUD $41,950.00, includes a 2024 Mazda CX30 E Series G20 Evolve valued at up to AUD $39,950.00 and $2,000 cash. The draw will take place on 23 May 2025, and the winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 7 business days. The winner must accept the prize as offered, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other special offer. The winner is responsible for providing necessary information to register the vehicle, collecting the prize from their nearest dealership, and covering any additional costs related to the prize, including ongoing expenses such as fuel, insurance, and maintenance. If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian. An unclaimed prize draw will be held on 15 August 2025 to distribute any unclaimed prizes. The color of the vehicle is at the dealer's discretion based on availability, and the winner is responsible for optional extras, comprehensive insurance, and any ancillary costs related to redeeming the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any mechanical, body, or paint repairs from the time of delivery.
